HOW DO THEY WORK?
Scholarships are awarded based upon available funds and the number of qualified applicants. If awarded a conference scholarship, the recipient will need to retain receipts for expenses incurred for conference registration, qualifying lodging, and qualifying transportation. These receipts will then need to be submitted to NAPLA, along with an expense form, at which time expenses up to the value of the scholarship awarded will be reimbursed. Reimbursement generally takes up to three weeks from receipt of completed expense forms.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Completed applications must include two documents. Both documents MUST be complete and received by the application deadline in order to be considered for a conference scholarship.
WHEN DO I NEED TO APPLY?
All completed applications must be received by Friday, April 1, 2017.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?
Applicants can expect a response to their application in early May.
WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS?
